Returns, Refunds & Lifetime Warranty

Because most of our products are custom-made and personalized specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect information submitted by the customer, or other non-defective personalized items.

Lifetime Warranty
We proudly stand behind the quality of our products. Our plaques and name plates include a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects and weather-related damage under normal use.

If your product becomes damaged due to a manufacturing defect or normal exposure to outdoor weather conditions, we will replace it at no charge.

Order Errors or Damage Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged or we made an error in the personalization, please contact us promptly with your order information and photos of the product. We will make it right by providing a replacement at no additional cost.

Customer-Submitted Information
Please carefully review all names, dates, spelling, punctuation, and other personalization before submitting your order. We are not responsible for errors in information provided or approved by the customer.

Refunds
Due to the personalized nature of our products, refunds are generally not available once production has begun. If an order is canceled before production begins, we will gladly issue a refund.
