Standard Shipping
Orders can be shipped directly to your home or other designated address. Shipping rates and available delivery options are calculated at checkout.

Local Courier Delivery
Local customers may have the option to have their order delivered directly to their home by courier. Availability, delivery fees, and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Funeral Home or Cemetery Pickup
Select orders may be delivered to a participating funeral home or cemetery for convenient local pickup. We will notify you when your order is ready. Please wait for confirmation before visiting the pickup location.

Processing Times
Most of our products are personalized and made to order. Production time is separate from shipping or delivery time. Estimated processing times are provided with each product.

Important: Please review your shipping or delivery information carefully before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Delivery to a funeral home or cemetery does not include installation unless installation is specifically included or purchased separately.
